“the importance of education”
Ciao Stefanie,
I met you in Rome in 1996 at the Italian Open where I was adopted by “the cojonuts” for a week:) I had a good time:) [un grande saluto a Cristina ed Elena di Anzio, Maria, Massimiliano credo.. e il suo "keep gas!" vi ricordo con molta simpatia]
When, for a long time, you look forward to something, you afraid that it doesn’t come up to your expectations.. thanks to you and them it became a beatiful memory. I was so shy and embarassed.. you were very kind and nice: I asked you if I could see your practice, there was a golf buggy with a driver to take you to the center court, you got into that car and offered me a lift (!)
Now I’m 40 and – despite my bad English;) – I’m the administrative director of a public high-school in Rome, trying to deal with problems relating to lack of state founding. I also collaborate with a small non-profit organization, a group of families who supports Belarussian children, so I really appreciate your attention to the children and the education of younger generation.
Good luck for your foundation projects and best wishes to your family.
Maybe I’ll see you again, who knows..
Debora
