The founding team of Mrs. Sporty created a franchise concept based on a 30 minute workout in a friendly and intimate surrounding with the optimal combination of weights and cardio. With only two or three flexible workout sessions per week, women can see measurable effects. In combination with an individually prepared nutrition plan, Mrs. Sporty offers a successful alternative to conventional fitness programs.
